Successful 22nd Annual Chip for Charity
The 22nd Annual Chip for Charity Golf Outing was help on September 10 in southern Wisconsin in honor of Sam Hoffman. Unfortunately, in addition to managing the challenges that came with the COVID Pandemic we also had less than perfect weather. However, regardless of the cold all day rain this didn’t dampen anyone’s commitment to make the event another success.
Gratefully we were able to raise $120,000 this year, pushing the cumulative total over $1.7 million! It is because of their generosity that we will be able to leverage the current research and continue moving forward on so many fronts from newborn screening to gene / enzyme replacement therapy.
We truly appreciate everyone’s interest and involvement of our efforts in finding a cure or therapeutic solution to lessen the effects of SSADH Deficiency for the very special patient population that we represent.
